Guest lecture on CAS sports arbitration

The guest lecture is available to the law students of the Ghent University with an interest in sports law, in preparation of the Sports Law Arbitration Moot (SLAM), a moot court competition organized by the SportLex Law Institute and the Faculty of law of the University of Ljubljana. It includes all aspects of a real-life arbitration and focuses on written and oral advocacy in an international sports law context.
