During this seminar, current topics within sports law will be discussed. Attention will be given to athletes' status and the issue of sports agents, including discussion of some recent and proposed amendments. The regulations of sports federations, which often have a far-reaching impact on sports clubs and individual athletes, will also be discussed. In particular, the webinar will shed a light on transfer fees and training compensation in football and certain contractual clauses.
