Title. Senior Associate Sports Law (ALTIUS)

Position. We are currently looking for a dynamic lawyer with 3 to 5 years’ experience to join our thriving international sports law practice. Our sports law practice is consistently ranked as Tier 1 in legal reference guides and our partners are recognised as leaders in their fields. Our clients include some of the most renowned clubs, athletes and sports federations, both in Belgium and abroad. We offer an engaging work environment, with top matters to work on.

Key requirements. You obtained your law degree with excellent grades. You are an ethical person, insisting on doing things right. You have great attention to detail and have experience in sports advisory work and are well versed in sports arbitration and litigation. An interest in EU law and fundamental rights is a plus. You do not shy away from complex, international cases and are willing to ‘raise the bar’ when defending clients’ interests. You possess excellent writing skills. You are fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of any other language considered an advantage. You have a hands-on approach. You are a team player, highly motivated and internationally oriented and you combine a passion in sports law with commercial awareness.
